Meet Solideon, the disruptor in aerospace manufacturing! We've developed a pioneering multi-robot solution, 'Aperture,' capable of 3D-printing entire aircraft and spacecraft structures within weeks. It's a game changer, offering cost-effective, advanced large-scale metal structures with superior microstructures, no assembly time required. Our AI designs structures primed for hypersonic speeds, deep space, and beyond Mars. With this algorithmic engineering, we produce evolved geodetic structures and functionally gradient materials. Our multi-robot wire-fed manufacturing outperforms traditional manufacturers in speed, cost, and product lightness, all while minimizing supply chain and floor space usage.

Problem statement

Our transformative technology addresses traditional aerospace pain points. We are reducing development time, vendor count (From THOUSANDS of vendors to tens), waste, supply chain volume, lead times, floor space, design complexity limitations, and mass. We are building aerospace products in the manor that humanity will have to build in space. Complete automated end to end, efficient, least amount of supply chain, and high performing. Doing so propels the current $1.7 Billion aerospace additive manufacturing industry towards a $250 Billion total accessible market by 2030. Currently, no competitors offer large-scale advanced structures for aerospace.
