Jennifer brings real operational credibility and a proven record of delivering at scale in high-stakes environments. Most recently, she served as Chief Information Officer for U.S. Space Systems Command, where she led enterprise modernization, secure digital transformation, and mission-critical capability delivery across one of the most important defense organizations in the world.
During her leadership at Space Systems Command, Jennifer founded and led the Space Command and Control (Space C2) effort that became the Space Force’s premier software factory, “Kobayashi Maru,” delivering advanced data/cyber software capability. This program fundamentally changed how mission software is built, secured, deployed, and continuously improved to support battle management and space domain awareness. It set a new bar for speed, rigor, resilience, and real operational impact, and is widely recognized across the national security community.
Jennifer has led complex technical organizations, driven enterprise-level programs, and delivered results at the intersection of cyber, software, data, and mission systems. She does not talk about capability; she builds it, scales it, and sustains it where outcomes matter.
