Kronowave is a runtime control layer that sits above live AI systems and determines whether their outputs are authorized to trigger real-world action, reliance, or record. It enforces release authority, validates output admissibility against live policy, runs continuous assurance checks for drift, and generates cryptographically durable proof records for audit, replay, and regulatory defense. Targeting defense, critical infrastructure, and insurance — sectors where a single wrong AI decision carries legal, operational, and human cost — Kronowave turns “we think this AI is behaving correctly” into a provable, reviewable, and legally defensible statement.

AI has entered consequence. In defense, critical infrastructure, insurance, and regulated enterprise workflows, AI outputs are moving toward action, reliance, and record before organizations have a clear authority layer to control what is allowed to move forward. Confidence scores are not authority. A model can produce a precise recommendation, but that does not mean the output is authorized for the current system state, policy boundary, runtime condition, evidence package, or operational context. This creates a dangerous gap: high-consequence systems are beginning to rely on AI outputs faster than they can prove whether those outputs were authorized, controlled, and defensible.
Kronowave is the control layer between AI and consequence. Kronowave sits above live AI systems and authorizes what can move forward into action, reliance, or record. The system combines release authority, output control, continuous assurance, and repeatable proof records so organizations can control consequential AI outputs before they become operational reality. The product has three core layers: Model Gate, Admissibility Gate, and Continuous Assurance. Together, they determine whether models are authorized for release, whether outputs and artifacts are fit for consequence, and whether the live system remains inside its approved state over time. Revenue motion is simple: paid assessment → deployment → continuous assurance expansion.
In under 90 days, Kronowave activated a full market stack across defense, national lab validation, Army modernization, Air Force base defense, secure deployment pathways, and insurance. Kronowave has active defense and critical-infrastructure lanes where high-consequence AI outputs require authorization, proof, and continuous assurance before they can drive action, escalation, or official record. US Air Force is creating direct mission pull around base defense, while NNSA conversations are opening a federal/nuclear security lane. The company has completed a KronoGate Phase VIII technical freeze. The system now compiles offline-verifiable KW-BOE proof packages with NIST AI RMF crosswalks and deployment-aligned assurance records. The seed round converts these activated pathways into a repeatable flywheel: frozen system, protected IP, active institutional lanes, mission pull, deployment pathways, and first deployments from Austin.
Kronowave officially accepted into Capital Factory All Access Fund 2026 cohort.
