The U.S. and its allies face an urgent undersea warfare gap: adversaries are producing ships and submarines at 17x the U.S. rate, while traditional autonomous underwater systems are short-range, underpowered, and too expensive to deploy at scale.
Legacy defense primes operate on 5–7 year timelines with high unit costs, leaving naval forces with few options for rapidly fielding stealthy, lethal, and distributed capabilities in contested maritime environments like the South China Sea, Taiwan Strait, and Black Sea.
There is no affordable, scalable, and autonomous strike platform for undersea operations today and that’s exactly what Odin is building.
Prototype Milestones: Two generations of AUV prototypes completed (P1 & P2), with autonomous navigation demonstrated and critical subsystems validated.
Government Engagement: Actively engaged with U.S. Navy program offices (PMS 406, PMS 408, ONR), DIU, SOCOM, and N97. Submitted proposals to DIU solicitations, Navy SBIR 25.1, and AUKUS Pillar II.
Allied Partnerships: Early collaboration underway with allied navies including Taiwan, Poland, Japan, and others. Pilot demos and evaluation paths scoped for late 2025.
Hiring & Team Growth: Onboarded senior Navy acquisition leader (ex-PMS 408) to lead global go-to-market.
Pipeline: Actively in diligence with early-stage defense VCs and strategic partners, including interest from LPs in the U.S., EU, and Asia-Pacific.
Manufacturing Readiness: Initiated planning for production unit assembly, with fieldable systems expected by Q4 2025.
