Vehicle intelligence that predicts failures days ahead and routes the repair before the truck rolls in.
Confirmed by founderRelativix is a dual-use vehicle intelligence platform for commercial fleets and the U.S. Army. A plug-in device streams high-frequency CAN bus and OBD-II data to the cloud, where AI models predict failures 3 to 14 days before they strand a vehicle. The industry can already detect problems. Nobody closes the loop to execution. Relativix does: it routes the vehicle, with its diagnostics attached, to a repair shop that is ready before it arrives. The platform is a two-sided network. Fleet operators subscribe per vehicle for predictive alerts and dashboards. Repair shops pay per routed job for pre-arrival diagnostics. Every vehicle added improves prediction for the whole network, and every shop added makes the fleet side more valuable.

Fleets and repair shops run on point-in-time fault codes. That means diagnostic guesswork, long repair cycles, and vehicles sitting idle. U.S. fleets suffer 69 million breakdowns a year at a cost of $41 to $44 billion, with each down vehicle costing $448 to $760 per day. Detection tools exist, but none connect prediction to the repair that fixes it.
Relativix captures continuous high-resolution CAN data, predicts failures before they happen, and hands the repair shop full history and a root-cause hypothesis before the vehicle arrives. Fleets cut unplanned downtime roughly in half. Shops cut intake time by about 80 percent and take on more work without adding technicians.
Signed letter of intent with U.S. Army Pacific to deploy on 10,000+ ground vehicles, estimated $4.2M annual contract value. Pilot in final approval with Leander ISD Transportation in Texas, 300+ school buses. Additional fleet pilots underway across logistics, transit, and municipal operators. Repair shop workflow validated with service operators. Hardware prototype built with a certified manufacturing partner secured. Portfolio company of Capital Factory; member of AWS Startup Program, NVIDIA Inception, Databricks Startup Program, and Founder University Cohort 9.
Quick update from the Relativix journey.
We've closed $125,000 of our $200,000 angel round so far.
This capital kickstarts two things in parallel: hardware development on our first device, and the initial launch of our SaaS platform.
More soon.

Excited to share that Relativix has been accepted into the Capital Factory All Access Program! Capital Factory is the most active startup investor in Texas, and this gives us access to their full network of mentors, investors, and corporate partners as we build out the vehicle health intelligence layer for commercial fleets. Big milestone for the team as we head into our pre-seed round. More to come.
