A Proactive Care Service for Providers and Health Systems
Starlight helps doctors improve patient adherence by providing evidence-based behavior-change support between visits. We are currently building a 50-state telehealth clinic that offers an outsourced, wrap-around care management service for physicians and health systems. Starlight’s services are fully covered by insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, allowing us to accept patients from anywhere in the country at zero cost to the partnering health system. Our software integrates natively with the electronic health records (EHR) of partnering healthcare providers to allow seamless care coordination with zero lift from their IT team. This platform powers 1:1 patient relationships with our care team of culturally-competent, board-certified health coaches, while integrating cellular-connected remote monitoring devices, and automating billing and reimbursement.

Patients don’t do what their doctor tells them to do. It’s hard and they need support from someone who is trained to help them make difficult lifestyle changes. Doctors and nurses aren’t trained to provide that support. But Medicare is now expecting them to manage patient compliance and reducing their reimbursement when they don’t. Health systems and clinics are facing staffing shortages, IT backlogs, and budget constraints at the same time they’re expected to tackle an entirely new problem: engaging patients and improving adherence.
Three large health systems launched (October 2025, February 2026, March 2026): MultiCare, CHRISTUS, and Providence Swedish. Revenue increased from $6K in October 2025, to $9K in November 2025, to $17K in February 2026. Will pass $50K in May 2026 with these contracs.
