StowHere! is a marketplace that addresses simultaneously the demand side need for economical and convenient storage and the excess supply of unused or unconsidered space that property owners have. This is done via the following:

Demand: Need for low cost highly flexible storage needs of vehicles, RV, boat, trailer, & motorcycle owners

Supply: Need to monetize the significant/underutilized/unconsidered supply of garages, carports, boat docks, and open land for landowners

StowHere! came out of its prototype phase in October of 2022 and has since been serving the communities of Texas, Arizona, and Kentucky through "word of mouth".

We have successfully grown organically to date with no outside investment and marketing spend.

Our current CAGR in the first 8 months of business has been 15% growth in listings, 16% growth in demand-side users, and 8% growth in revenue.

We are currently running at 80% monthly retention of all listings, bookings, and revenue.

We will soon launch automated Craiglist and Facebook Marketplace add insertions, which will increase our usage significantly while keeping our CAC at $0/subscriber.

Further, we will soon launch surge pricing, discounting for long-term rentals, and supply-side listing commissions which will significantly boost revenues.
