Swoop Jobs, an innovative mobile app that connects employers and employees to quickly fill back-of-house and front-of-house service jobs, will be launched in July 2018 in Northwest Arkansas. Swoop Jobs provides an efficient, effective way to connect restaurants with immediate openings to a willing workforce. After the beta test in Northwest Arkansas, Swoop Jobs plans to spread the concept nationwide.
