I aim for my work to contribute to the betterment of the Texas community and the overall global startup ecosystem. 🤠 🌎 After completing my master’s degree in Barcelona in International Studies on Media, Power, and Diversity, I knew that I needed to come back to the city that has provided me with so much, to contribute and build a stronger, more diverse ecosystem for all Texans to thrive. I am so excited to join the Capital Factory team which I see as a powerful engine of entrepreneurship and inspiration. 🤖 ⚙️
My ideal strategy sessions are done in front of a whiteboard with various markers to choose from. My brain works in color-coding and mind maps.
My best work is done within diverse teams and I draw inspiration from the power of various perspectives. I feel most alive when I am spending time on hiking trails, immersing myself in various cultures, or engaging in unplanned conversations. I believe in building equity in entrepreneurship and education and devote my time to making this a reality.
I am an ENFP and high I on DISC, and I love to utilize personality tests to foster team building and resolve miscommunications before they happen.
