Constance grew up in Yuma, Arizona and received her bachelor's degree from The University of Arizona. After working for The Walt Disney Company for three years after college, Constance left the corporate world to start her entrepreneur journey. Constance Founded her first company in 2007 where she executed over 200 events, managed events totaling over $40M and strategized and built successful teams of 50+.
