Background
As a transformative, servant leader I am a proven entrepreneur focused on innovating and creating new paradigms in the security industry and life. My leadership style is focused on an employee-first approach because I have seen the positive impact of happy employees in a great culture on customers. I have chosen to take a people-centric approach to life and to let all outcomes be driven by that philosophy. More than twenty-five years of experience in the security industry has seasoned me to create the next exponential evolution.
Building an Outcome
My philosophy has proven itself in my years at Cylance from employee number twelve and the first employee in the Consulting organization to a team of 150+ globally, culminating in the acquisition of Cylance by Blackberry for 1.5 Billion. Cylance started with Consulting being the primary revenue-generating business unit for the first couple of years. This paved the way for a strong customer base which became the core for the inevitable success of Cylance’s revolutionary product, Cylance Protect. Once Cylance Protect was released, I began work on creating the security industry’s first outcome-based service in ThreatZERO. ThreatZERO evolved the traditional product implementation approach previously used by the security industry by not stopping until every client achieved an outcome that was obviously measurable and sustainable PREVENTION.
