As Founder and CEO of Sirias Technologies, Daniel Sirias leads the vision, strategy, and execution behind the company’s mission to deliver cutting-edge software platforms and consulting services, enabling clients with a technological advantage in their business operations.
Daniel brings over two decades of leadership and innovation experience in technology, cybersecurity, and mission-critical operations. Prior to founding Sirias Technologies, Daniel served as a Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Space Force, where he led multi-disciplinary teams in IT governance, enterprise data management, and risk-informed software acquisition, and data operations. His work spanned domains including cyber operations, nuclear operations systems quality assurance, and space systems infrastructure risk management.
Daniel’s passion for innovation has earned him numerous accolades for organizational leadership, project management, and development technical advancements for government entities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business with a minor in IT Development, and a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School. Outside of his professional work, Daniel is passionate about mentoring students and supporting the next generation of leaders, particularly in STEM and public service. He is an avid fly fisherman, enjoys cooking as a creative outlet, and has a lifelong interest in space and history. Daniel also enjoys traveling, valuing the perspective and inspiration gained from experiencing different cultures and places.
