Technologist, philosopher, and venture builder focused on operationalizing the most complex system inside any organization: human tribal intelligence. This includes knowledge that is verbal, visual, and spatial, yet rarely captured by traditional systems. He is the co-founder of HTX Labs and Outland, where he helped build companies and technologies spanning security, critical infrastructure, and defense training, including EMPACT, a mixed reality training platform used across the U.S. Department of Defense.
Formally trained in philosophy and openly neurodivergent, Grant approaches technology through first principles and a long-standing interest in how humans reason, perceive, and share knowledge inside real organizations. Stands on the belief that Human Intelligence is real asset with a place on the corporate ledger and stands to be the only real differentiator for organizations in an AI future.
