Lisa McComb is an experienced CEO, paralegal and an operational expert. Lisa McComb’s expertise in this space results from her 22 years as a paralegal in the corporate legal department at SBC Communications (now AT&T). A significant career shift occurred when Lisa was tasked to manage the national legal and regulatory demands when SBC began conducting mergers and acquisitions to re-create AT&T. This work involved the Department of Justice, FCC, hundreds of outside counsel and coordination with state regulatory response teams. Protecting sensitive information such as intellectual property and consumer information was paramount. Lisa quickly became the operational expert in protecting sensitive data in documents, so much so, that SBC provided funding for her to start her first company.
