I’m a commercial real estate executive and founder focused on improving how space is built and used. Through ClarityCastle, we design and deploy modular, plug-and-play private workspaces that offer a faster, more flexible alternative to traditional construction. Our approach reduces buildout time, minimizes waste, and gives companies adaptable infrastructure instead of permanent, capital-intensive projects.
We’ve validated demand with commercial customers including Plug and Play, Cemvita, and Greentown Labs, where 10 units are deployed under a five-year lease. Our primary growth constraint has been inventory rather than market demand, meaning additional production capacity can directly accelerate revenue.
Alongside founding ClarityCastle, I work in commercial real estate with Stellar International and 1225 Investments and serve as Chair of the USGBC Gulf Coast Region, advocating for practical, scalable sustainability in the built environment.
