Stella is a physician scientist and allergist/immunologist passionate in developing the next generation of skin care. Stella completed her MD/PhD at the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, her residency at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children’s Hospital and fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. Currently a private practice allergist in Fresno, CA, Stella will be joining Stanford University as a Clinical Assistant Professor in 2026. She is widely published and has been featured in several local media outlets and Mayo Clinic Alumni magazine. She is keen in advancing immunotherapy and transforming translational research using generative AI. Her involvement began in medical school when she was recruited by Dr. Ekker to develop animal and subsequent human testing for the new sunburn treatment.
