Tom Chepucavage is a clean energy entrepreneur and technologist with deep experience at the intersection of electrochemistry, advanced materials, and grid innovation. He was previously the CEO of Zenthos Energy, where he raised over $4.1 million to develop next-generation Aluminum–CO₂ batteries for grid and defense applications. Tom is also the founder of Nextgen Magnets, focused on sustainable alternatives to rare-earth magnetic materials. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and has led complex technology initiatives for organizations including Accenture, bridging science, engineering, and business to accelerate the transition to resilient, domestic clean energy systems.
