Trezell Ragas is a resilient entrepreneur and the visionary CEO of Ragas Consulting, a Washington, D.C.–based firm specializing in workforce development, strategic planning, program management, and capacity building. A survivor of Hurricane Katrina, her personal journey of hardship has deeply informed her mission: to uplift overlooked communities by reducing unemployment and expanding pathways to opportunity.
