William Frazer is the Chief Executive Officer at Pawnee Off-Road, where he leads a dedicated team in creating tailor-made off-road electric and hybrid vehicles for the defense industry. With over 20 years of experience in engineering and operations, he has served as Chief Operating Officer at DeLorean Motors Reimagined and Director of Automation at Jacksonville Transportation Authority. William has established and managed an industry-leading autonomous vehicle test facility, provided engineering support to define key vehicle attributes, and implemented critical processes based on industry best practices. He has also collaborated with local universities and industry advisory boards on future workforce development, AV policy, and community engagement. Passionate about sustainable mobility solutions, William holds both an MS and BS from Kettering University. Additionally, he took a brief hiatus from the automotive industry to found and operate an award-winning brewery.
