festivalPass is a subscription membership platform in the $200B live events industry, that will change the way audiences access and engage in live events. There are 75 million Millennial and Gen Z "live experience" fans that have been to more than 6 live events in the past year.
Our platform is live, we have over 80,000 live events available for our members to secure tickets to and we have created an innovative Lifetime Pass allowing members to pay once and receive $1,200 of credits on the platform annually. We have already sold hundreds of our Lifetime Pass and will be limiting the available Lifetime Passes to 10,000. We expect to sell all 10,000 within 12-18 months for an average of $4,000 per Lifetime Pass generating $40MM of capital into the business and 10,000 super fans.
