Sensyrtech is building Sentinyl™, a smart maintenance software that brings Industry 4.0, the new age of manufacturing technologies, together in a single platform. We want to increase collaboration amongst teams, simplify reporting and logging, and centralize machine monitoring.

The industrial digital maintenance ecosystem is heavily fragmented. The current technologies used by facilities such as the CMMS (work order management), IIoT (cloud data capture, condition-monitoring sensors), VMS (video management), PdMs (predictive maintenance sensors), etc. have come out over the past 15 years and grown in silo. Each of these technologies and companies only reveals one slice of the larger problem. With limited to no flow of data from one application to another, the current system ultimately forces the user to continuously jump between softwares, maintain and train inefficient manual flows, and keep up with multiple vendors and providers. Maintenance is also an inherently human function - people with hands-on-tools run the show. Softwares today don't understand their needs and this leads to digital transformation abandonment.
