SkyShield provides perimeter-first mobile drone security for high-profile outdoor events and private venues. We combine rapid aerial situational awareness with clear operator workflows and a post-event “Safety Receipt” report to document coverage and incidents. The goal is faster detection and cleaner documentation than guards + fixed cameras alone.
Temporary events and large outdoor venues have a visibility gap: guards and fixed cameras can’t reliably see the full perimeter, and response often depends on delayed, fragmented information. When something happens, teams lose time figuring out what’s real, where it is, and who should act, and documentation after the fact is inconsistent. SkyShield addresses this with a perimeter-first aerial layer plus fast operator workflows and standardized reporting.
• Defined MVP and operating model for perimeter-first mobile drone security (small and medium deployments).
• Built initial Ops Console spec (single common operating picture, multi-stream monitoring, alerts, roles).
• Created SOP/checklists and a standardized post-event “Safety Receipt” reporting template.
• Selected initial hardware stack and edge workflow (multi-drone streaming + on-site processing + retention policy).
