Steve has 30 years of experience in the oil & gas and maritime industries as a C-Level executive and a founder. As the CFO, he led the financial and legal teams in four IPO’s, raising approximately $2.0 billion. He has also closed more than 20 M&A transactions, and raised approximately $3.0 billion in various credit facilities. His first foray outside of the oil & gas was as a founder of a start-up that developed airborne infection software for hospitals. He is passionate about IoT, Clean-Tech and ESG reporting issues.
