James possesses a distinctive track record in defining the art of the possible, digital strategy, and user experiences for transformational and go-to-market initiatives across the globe. James hosts a clear differentiation as a business-minded leader who can quickly articulate, quantify, and deliver complex concepts into a holistic strategy and client experience through a transparent methodology that is highly collaborative and results-driven.

Over the past 10 years, he has defined a methodology that accelerates and transforms the business through design led leadership. James has implemented the methodology at over +40 Fortune 1000 companies across the globe. The process combines business leadership, strategy, research, user experience, and technology that defines where your company needs to be today, with a product roadmap and actionable deliverables well into the future.

James developed my skills as the youngest Director at UBS Investment Bank where he was empowered to absorb how to effectively communicate and lead a global business, technology, and client experience team. Once he was able to navigate through the organization, he conceptualized and designed the bank’s internal and client-facing apps and digital strategy for Executive Management with a business case and roadmap for the next decade. James was able to build a team and drive change through executives and stakeholders, delivering a fully integrated solution to production to over 1,400 end users in less than 20 months.

James has had the opportunity to take over 40 Fortune 1000 companies through his process across market verticals and has successfully sold (exited) +12 of his proprietary products and experiences.
